Preheat the oven to 160 degree C.
Meadium heat large nonstick pot on stove and add wheat semolina until colour change to golden. And add all remaining ingredients except poppy seed. Continue mixing until the mixture cooked and come away from side. Moved into baking tray and sprinkle with poppy seed and booked for half hour or until golden. Let the cake rest to cool, slice and enjoy with coffee or tea.
